The Scion Group owns and manages properties on over 200 college campuses. Their properties and clients are all different, so we created a family of four brands that reflect the values and styles of their target audiences.
We created the brand Lark for college students who work hard and lean into the fun times, too. Lark gives these students just the right amount of everything in an upbeat, inclusive way. Since launch in 2019, Scion’s team members are more engaged and are using the brand to inform a new way of thinking about operations. And Lark experienced a 6% increase in online reputation scores — even in a challenging 2020 environment.
