Chicago company Baird & Warner asked us to leverage a key insight uncovered about their approach to real estate: they make it easier.

We developed a brand strategy around the idea, refreshed the brand platform and then created this “We Get You” ad campaign. It featured outdoor, print, TV, digital and social media. We also created an activation guide for agents to help them transform their key brand insights into actions.
